Hi, I’m Millie Cespedes, Team Lead and Top Producer of the Texas Home Girls at Phillips Realty Group & Associates and a North Texas Realtor with more than 20 years of experience in real estate.

As of September 2026, I’ve helped my clients close more than 140 transactions here in North Texas, representing over $70 million in sales. I’ve helped clients buy and sell residential and luxury homes, acreage, land, and investment properties. But what I’m most proud of is that the majority of my business has been built through repeat clients and referrals.

I know North Texas, I know how to negotiate, and I’m not afraid to have the honest conversations that help my clients make smart decisions. My job is to make a complicated process feel as simple and seamless as possible.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent decades in sales, business development, and account management. I now bring that same experience to helping my clients buy and sell homes across North Texas.

I was born and raised in McKinney and have called Anna home for the past 25 years, which means I’ve had a front-row seat to the incredible growth of McKinney, Anna, Melissa, and the surrounding communities.

Hi! I’m Adria — a proud wife, mom, Gigi, and real estate professional. I was born in Texas, spent most of my life in Georgia, and was thrilled to return to Texas in 2018, making Melissa our home and beginning my real estate career.
